Dear netGames account owners,

Beginning June 15, 2007, you will no longer be able to create new tickets on the netGames CS page. Tickets that are still pending or unresolved as of June 15 will still be resolved via the netGames CS page. Users can still log in to the netGames CS page to see their ticket resolutions. On the other hand, players can create new tickets through the Level Up! CS Page [www.levelupsupport.ph]. Please refer below for the functions and limitations of each CS Pages:

So for future inquiries, reports or requests, please file a ticket instead via the Level Up! Customer Support Ticketing System. No sign-on is necessary. To report, just click on the Create New Ticket tab and indicate the following details:
  1. Game or Product
  2. Username
  3. Active Email Address
  4. Problem & Category [Select whichever is applicable]
  5. Ticket Description
Click the Submit button once finished.
