Beginning June 15, 2007, you will no longer be able to create new tickets on the netGames CS page. Tickets that are still pending or unresolved as of June 15 will still be resolved via the netGames CS page. Users can still log in to the netGames CS page to see their ticket resolutions. On the other hand, players can create new tickets through the Level Up! CS Page [www.levelupsupport.ph].
